Vintage: 2019 Producer: PORTAS DA HERDADE Location: Portugal Appellation: IG Alentejano Grapes: 40% Syrah; 30% Trincadeira; 30% Touriga Nacional Ageing: Grapes were de-stemmed without crushing, followed by 3 days cold maceration. Fermentation was done at 24° C with one daily riddle. Malolactic fermentation was done in vats. The final blend aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Alcohol: 14,5%
Intense ruby colour and complex aromas with outstanding notes of black fruit, light vegetable, spices and chocolate. In the mouth it is full–bodied, balanced, with good structure and concentration. Long after-taste confirming its aromatic notes.
