Tasting Notes
Pale straw in color with a green tinge. It billows a heady perfume that's ultrafloral and honey-flecked, like fresh jasmine and honeysuckle and beeswax, with orchard and tropical fruit and a flicker of stony minerality. Considering the warmth of the region, the palate has awesome natural acidity built into a complex texture and a saline finish. It's not as fruity and floral as the nose suggests but would make an ultra-food-friendly drop. Goes down easy on its own, too.
