Ageing: 50% of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks without going
through oak barrels to preserve the varietal freshness. 50% ages 6 months in
French Oak barrels (1st and 2nd use) 

This is very fruity with sliced cooked apple and a hint of lime.
Medium-bodied, fresh and fruity. Hints of used oak.
