Sight: Intense violet color.
Nose: in general, aromas of plums and red fruits stand out on the nose, accompanied by notes of violets, chocolate and vanilla. These last two descriptors are due to its long ageing in oak.
Mouth: it contains fresh fruits; it is a fleshy, long, deep and well balanced wine with ripe and sweet tannins. Perfect with red meats and haute cuisine dishes, semi-hard and hard smoked cheeses with a long ageing.
