Grape: 100% Tinta de Toro, a Spanish grape variety grown in the region of Toro (Zamora). The wines are appreciated by their quality, balance, mild acidity, intense ruby color, and delicate aromas of berries.

Color: Intense purple tones, with soft cardinal edging, covered layer, clean and bright.

Aroma: Very intense and complex, with bright aromas of ripe black fruit; Acid blackberry and blueberry jam with balsamic elegant lavender, balanced with tertiary aromas from the barrel aging, highlighting spicy clove and black pepper, fine chocolate, roasted and licorice stick. 

Palate: Live sweet tannins skeleton, balanced with elegant alcoholic warmth. Remain the same aromas existing on the nose, repeating an excellent complex with harmonious, persistent, warm and silky long finish.

Pairing: Ideal with roasted meats, cheeses, game, lamb, grilled meats, pâté or foie gras, braised meats, regional cuisine, red meat, ham and sausages.

Production: It is made in Valdefinjas, from the grape comes from the Finca Valmediano, planted in glass in 1930, on a poor sandy soils located in the basin of the Duero River, 650 meters above the level of the sea with a marked continental climate and great thermal oscillation.
