Fresh and vibrant on the palate, the Cullerot follows with suggestions of freshly cut fennel, green pineapple, star fruit, lemon and lime zest, bay leaf, and coriander – all lifted and amplified by juicy acidity. The spicy, turmeric-inflected finish makes this a versatile choice for mildly spicy Indian and Asian cuisines, freshwater seafood preparations, grilled marinated chicken, tuna sashimi, and recipes spotlighting briny olives. Serve only slightly chilled now and over the coming three years. Fantastic wine!
