Aging: 8 months. After malo assembly in stainless steel tanks for one month with fining and filtration in order to stabilize the wines and make them shiny, limpid and purer aromatically.
Tasting Notes
COLOR: pale gold or even yellow gold color depending on the vintage.
NOSE: express aromas of hawthorn, honeysuckle, citrus fruits, white nettle.
PALATE: fat, freshness, good balance, a dashing side allowing it to age well.
