This white wine is full-bodied and soft on the palate. Its stimulating acidity is accompanied by powerful fruit aromas such as apricot, peach and citrus. The fresh finish is long and fruity.
Vinification: After hand-picking, the grapes are selected, destemmed and fermented in concrete containers. The maturation takes place on the yeast, after which it is finished, filtered and bottled.
