Bodega Eduardo Garrido Garcia Winery is located in Rioja Alta in Abalos, with more than 500 years of history in winemaking. Situated on the slopes of Sierra de Cantabria, Abalos rests almost 600 meters above the sea level and is one of the privileged winegrowing regions of Rioja Alta. Winemaker Vicente Garrido, the grandfather of the owner, presented the first vintage in April 1923. He passed on his winemaking knowledge to his son, Eduardo Garrido, and now Amelia Garrido, along with her father, runs the winery. The family is now in its third generation and continues its history and tradition of winemaking.
