Bouquet: The Barolo Cannubi Riserva 2013 is presented with the wide and complex olfactory range worthy of the best wines of the terroir. The bouquet is very intense with the notes of fresh fruit (small red fruit) and with hints of the mature fruit to reach the sensation of the maraschino cherry. With the oxygenation the more developed notes are being perceived like spices, dried flowers and sweet notes.
Taste: The wine with the right dry tannins that invades the base of the palate and remains for the longest time. Has a strong and decisive structure, in part a bit austere but full of elegance and silk tannins that prevail the young character and that present the complete wine.
