Bouquet: Barolo Terlo belongs to the MGA that is fresh in comparison with the Barolo Cannubi and also in 2015 it maintains that privilege. The bouquet reveals the fresh notes of the red fruit that go together with some more mature notes of the jam and some delicate and pleasant floral notes. It is rather a young olfactory structure that lacks just the notes of the evolution that will develop with the ageing in the bottle.
Taste: In the palate it is perceived immediately, and besides we have a good tannic structure that contributes to the round and pleasant tannins to be appreciated in the wine. Just in the final some dry note emerges that needs longer bottle ageing to build a full balance in the wine.
