Ageing: 12 months in tonneaux of 5 hl of French oak.
Serving temperature: 57/61 °F.
Color: Red intense.
Bouquet: Intense, floral, warm and attractive. Like any good Nebbiolo it has a bouquet in continious evolution, with every new sensation from each smell.
Taste: by palate it reveals to be warm, rich and concentrated with the soft and silky tannins. Each sip is an explosion of taste, coherent, pleasant and ready to drink.
