Born in Mendoza, Pelleriti has been making wine since he was a young child – when he would make vino patero (foot-trodden wine) with his grandfather in the family farm. His career as a professional winemaker has been defined by his position as Head Winemaker at Bodega Monteviejo in the Uco Valley and also making wines in Bordeaux, France. With over 30 vintages of experience between Argentina and France, Pelleriti became the first Latin American winemaker to obtain 100 Robert Parker points.
