Alcoholic fermentation: Spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, carried out in 150 hl tanks, at a temperature of 26-28°C (78.8°F-82.4°F).
Fermentation and maceration time (days): 18 to 20 days
Malolactic fermentation: 50% of the wine on French oak.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Color: Dark red with purple tones.
Aromas: Elegant, with aromas of raspberry and plum, assembled very well with notes of coffee and vanilla.
Palate: Soft, well-rounded tannins, with a long, creamy and smooth finish.
Alcohol: 13,9% vol.
Total acidity: 4,39 g/l.
