Tasting Notes
This complex and heady Riesling from 90-year-old vines is a bargain. Pale gold in hue, the nose is an expressive perfume of beeswax, crushed stone, candied ginger, honey, tea tree oil and lime leaf. For all its richness on the nose, the palate is bone dry yet highly textural in a skinsy bite. Mouthwatering acidity, juicy fruit and a long finish make for an opulent yet poised Riesling that's drinking beautifully right now.
