Leather, licorice, and potting soil that surrounds it. A delicate mouth and enveloping taste with hints of chocolate and wild strawberries that adds complexity due to the tannins that are added in the mouth.

Cipresso started his winemaking career in Montalcino, where he worked with Case Basse, Poggio Antico and Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona. From there, he founded “Winemaking”, assisting more than thirty wine companies throughout the Italian territory.
