Tasting Notes
Bourgogne Aligoté is fresh. It is companionable, well-fruited, and pale gold in color. Its bouquet is of flowers (hawthorn, acacia) or fruit (apple). In the mouth, this tender, delicate wine tickles the taste buds and finishes on notes of hazelnut and citrus. Handpicked and traditionally fermented in stainless steel vats. Aged 11-13 months on the fine lees.
