Tasting Notes
Wine with a beautiful ruby red color, in the nose it develops intense and complex aromas, with hints of ripe fruit and vanilla. The taste is complex and round, slightly sapid, with an excellent persistence and an excellent balance. The Barbera d'Alba Superiore San Pancrazio of Pelassa is perfect to drink in combination with egg pasta seasoned with meat sauce, cold cuts and cheeses typical of the Piedmont tradition.
