Location: Tunuyán, Valle de Uco, Mendoza
Altitude: 1000 masl (3,200 ft)
Soil: Alluvial, loam soils with calcareous deposits
Harvest: Hand-picking using small 12 kg plastic boxes
Sorting: Double moving belt system and vibrating sorting table
Method:Cold maceration with the marc over 2 days, gentle extraction of colour and aromatic intensity. Fermentation at 16C with daily-moving contact with the lees so that the wine achieves its optimum expression in the mid palate.
