Grapes: 97% Tempranillo and 3% other indigenous varietals.
Vineyard: Selection of grapes from the vineyards of Adría, Valdecañal and Almendros. Vineyards of more than 60 years and in lands that define well the essence of the place known as Torremilanos. We also bring a couple of barrels from the El Angulo vineyard; trellised vineyard at almost 900 meters in the highest area of Torremilanos. Average age: over 60 years.
Elaboration: In barrels and small concrete vats, where it remains with the skin for 3 weeks. Fermentation happens with its own yeasts. Pressed by hand. Aged for 32 months in French and American oak barrels.
