Aromatic and intense on the nose, green apple
and elderflower. The palate is creamy and
supple, a lovely core of flavor, gentle but deep
and round. A lovely precision and verticality to
this, pristine fruit but the loveliest texture
also. So easy to drink with a definite florality
all the way through and a delicious salinity on
the finish that is so appealing.
