Extra dry sparkling wine obtained from rosé vinification of Pinot Noir grapes specially selected and sparkling following the Charmat method. The delicate bouquet, its roundness and fullness on the palate, make this sparkling wine a unique wine, particularly suitable as an aperitif and with fish-based first and second courses.
